Trendwitch Intelligence — a family of AI products built on one thesis: the model proposes, the human disposes, and the data never moves without permission.
The premise
Trendwitch Intelligence is Memeador's product lab: three tools that watch culture, render data, and forecast narratives, designed and built in-house and shipped to real users. It exists because we believe the only honest way to have opinions about AI products is to operate some.
The family shares one brand system and one design thesis, arrived at the hard way.
The thesis: constrained AI
Every product in the family runs on the same architecture of trust. AI handles the work that benefits from speed and breadth: extraction, styling, drafting, pattern-finding. Hard guardrails handle everything where an unnoticed error is expensive: the numbers, the sources, the user's own data.
The thesis came from production, not a whiteboard. Building GraphWitch under deadline, we watched off-the-shelf AI silently change values in charts bound for an intergovernmental report. The fix became the product: lock the data, open everything else. That principle now governs the whole family.
A tool that cannot be trusted with the data is not a tool.

An AI chart builder that turns any file, including a screenshot, into an editable, on-brand visualization. Built in under five days to rescue a hundred-chart report cycle, then rebuilt for the public. It cut a three-week manual pipeline to three days and found 658 organic users across 14+ countries with no marketing.

Real-time trend monitoring that watches what is moving across platforms and renders it as daily, readable intelligence. Trendwitch is also our instrumentation: it is where we learn what automated publishing, distribution, and audience-finding actually look like from the operator's seat.

A narrative forecasting engine that treats stories as the unit of prediction. The framework is grounded in published research on narrative economics, complex contagion, and framing theory, structured as eight testable hypotheses about how narratives spread and when they break. It is the most speculative member of the family and the reason the family exists.
The brand system
One house: a shared violet, a sigil family built from triangles inside forms, editorial type, and a parent line that tells the truth about the portfolio. Strange tools for strange times. Each product gets its own mark and voice inside the system, so the family reads as one practice rather than three side projects.
What this demonstrates
The family is Memeador's proof of Custom Product Development, end to end: thesis, brand system, interface design, production engineering, launch, and live operation, done in-house. When we tell a client we can take a product from napkin to shipped, this is what the napkin becomes.
